New to Pampered Chef and Need Advice

Hi I am new to PC and I am working with another consultant who has been with the company for 10 years, but I think she is stuck in her retine. I have been to several of her shows and they are exactly the same every time. Don't get me wrong she knows her stuff and she can sell water to a guy who is drowning, but I think that she is training me in a way that I would get stuck too.
So basically what I'm asking for is, are there any tips you could give me (small or large) that would help me keep things interesting.

My best advice is to read everything that comes from the Home Office and read the ideas here. If you do both of those things with an open mind, I don't think you'll ever have to worry about getting stuck in a rut.
