Ok I have been reading thru the new career plan and am trying to see if we still have the 3 month personal waiver and retro waiver? All I can find is the 1 month extension to the 2 month inactive status.

Anyone see something I do not?
 
Nope. There's no longer a 3-month waiver. You can go a full month without the minimum without losing your career sales. Add a 1 month extension, and that's 2 months with no sales. But you can only get 1 extension a year.
 
I also cannot find any mention of the 3 month personal waiver or retro waiver in the new career plan. It seems that the only option for an extended inactive status is the 1 month extension. It's possible that these waivers have been phased out or replaced with the 1 month extension. I suggest reaching out to your HR department or a career counselor for further clarification.
