Need some recipes for the South Beach diet for a show next week....any suggestions?
 
OOO... make the cheesecake with the nut crust. Yum! Our deluxe cheese grater grinds the nuts for the crust perfectly. Anyone on this diet will love the cheese grater. Mix the ground nuts with butter like you would graham cracker crumbs and use splenda for the sugar in the filling. Do you have our sprinform pan? It is so beautiful, I love it. It has a pretty glass bottom instead of an ugly metal one and you can serve right on it and it looks super.
