I have a cooking show the first weekend in February and my host wants to make it a Battle of the Sexes type show with an Italian theme. How can I pull this off and make it fun at the same time? I was thinking of doing some kind of trivia first and the team that gets the most right gets an advantage in the first round of cooking. I think we decided on Chicken Bruschetta Pasta for one round - I thought one team could use the grill pan for the chicken and the other the DCB. One team could cook the pasta in the DO Rockcrok and the other team will have to use a stockpot to make the pasta. Next idea was a salad: one team gets the measure, mix & pour while the other them has to use a bowl and whisk to make their dressing. Dessert will be the Mini Tiramisu Cakes but not quite sure how to make that a competition. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to pull this off and make it fun I would be really appreciative.

Cool idea! Trivia is always a hit. People love to be competitive. Let us know how it works out!
