Need Flyer for Churches

Could someone help me out please. I would like to use my old catalogs and send to some churches from my town and ask if they would be interested in doing a show. One church (my church) did a show last year and it was a HUGE sucess! They were able to get lots of stuff for the church kitchen. I've been trying to think of a cool flyer but just can't come up with anything. Could someone please help!

Instead of sending a flyer that will probably get tossed, why don't you go to the church office and ask to speak to someone about it? Personal interaction will get you much further than a piece of paper, and it's cheaper! If you want, you can send the catalog with an introduction and a request to set up a meeting, and then follow up with a call and schedule some time to discuss a fundraiser with them. I'm sure once you tell them all the great benefits and what they can get for their kitchen, they'll go for it immediately!

I'm sorry but I have a differing opinion. I had one consultant who didn't even live in our town go to every church and offer to do this. Consultants who were members of the church were turned down because of this woman. I would check with some of the local sports teams this time of year. Also some churches may have the same policy my own does... They don't allow anyone to have direct-sales shows/parties at our church so no one will get offended if there is multiple consultants there.

I would agree that you need a flyer instead of the door to door method. Most of the time, the only person there is the church secretary and she has nothing to do with whether to have one or not. She would only be able to pass the information along and a flyer would be great for that.
