My Website Is Not Allowing Anyone to Place

In summary, there are a few possible reasons why your website is not allowing orders to be placed. This could be due to issues with your payment processing system, technical issues with your website, high traffic causing it to crash, or strict security settings blocking legitimate orders. It's important to ensure that your website is optimized for placing orders by regularly testing and maintaining it. Additionally, it's recommended to check for any known issues or outages with your website's platform and make sure it can handle a high volume of traffic.

an individual order. Why is this? It is only asking for the name of a show. I don't understand.

Have you qualified yet?

Until you've qualified by hitting $1250 in career sales, your PWS will only allow show orders. Once you qualify, then it will be updated to allow individual orders and bridal registries.

or 4 shows submitted. It doesn't have to be just the $1250 *unless they changed it in the last few months?*. I got mine to open up to individual orders when I hit show #4....I wasn't at $1250 in sales yet (had several catalog shows- so sales were smaller).

under the new rules, the website opens after 4 shows and the points are awarded at 1250.

so now new consultants can get show orders before hitting 1250? This IS new right?

New consultants have always been able to get show orders through PWS, as soon as they set it up.

1. Why is my website not allowing anyone to place orders?

There could be a few reasons why your website is not allowing orders to be placed. One possibility is that there may be an issue with your payment processing system. It's important to double check that all payment options are set up correctly and functioning properly. Another reason could be that there is a technical issue with your website, such as a broken link or coding error. It's best to reach out to our technical support team for assistance in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.

2. Is it possible that my website is experiencing high traffic, causing it to crash?

Yes, it is possible that high traffic on your website could be causing it to crash or become unresponsive. This can happen if your website is not equipped to handle a large number of visitors at once. It's important to ensure that your website's hosting plan can accommodate the amount of traffic you are receiving. You may also want to consider optimizing your website's performance to handle higher volumes of traffic.

3. Could my website's security settings be preventing orders from being placed?

Absolutely. If your website has strict security settings, it may be blocking certain users or transactions from going through. It's important to review your website's security settings and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that legitimate orders are not being blocked. You may also want to consider implementing additional security measures, such as CAPTCHA, to prevent fraudulent transactions.

4. Are there any known issues or outages with your website's platform?

If you are experiencing issues with your website, it's always a good idea to check if there are any known issues or outages with the platform it is built on. This could include updates or maintenance being performed by the platform provider, which may be causing disruptions to your website. You can usually find this information on the platform's website or by contacting their support team.

5. How can I ensure that my website is optimized for placing orders?

To ensure that your website is optimized for placing orders, there are a few things you can do. First, make sure that your website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with clear calls to action for placing orders. You should also regularly test your website's checkout process to identify any potential issues or roadblocks for customers. It's also important to regularly update and maintain your website to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
