Lava Cakes

Ingredients
6 squares of semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup butter
1-1/2 cups icing sugar
3 eggs and 3 egg yolks
9 tbsp flour
1 cup of cool whip topping

Instructions
preheat oven to 425
grease 6 New Prep Bowls
microwave butter and chocolate until butter is melted
whisk until chocolate is melted
stir in sugar
whisk in eggs and stir in flour
divide evenly between prep bowls
bake 15 minutes (until firm on outside and soft inside)
invert on plates and serve immediately with cool whip
