I have a host that purchased the UM at 1/2 price, she is not satisfied with it & wants to exchange for a fluted pan. How do I go in and do the adjustment on CC - to put in #s? Thanks!

Exchanges that change the payment of the show have to be done through calling the Solution Center.

I just did this with a customer. Solution Center is great...they'll walk you thru it. :)

I emailed my requests in and they did everything via email. Reality of it was, I didn't know to use the adjustment link and they were FABULOUS about getting it all done for me. I had 3 issues; a defective DCB, a defective bamboo platter and I forgot to order the chillzanne platter and charter host trivet for one of my hosts. Everything was taken care of the next day, no questions asked. My first experience with HO customer service was spectacular. Hope its always that way. I'd call or email them for your exchange.

Hi there! As a pampered chef consultant, I can definitely help you with this situation. To make the adjustment on CC, you will need to go into the host's order and click on the UM item. From there, you can adjust the quantity to 0 and add the fluted pan as a new item. Make sure to input the correct price for the fluted pan and then complete the adjustment. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Happy cooking!
