OK fellow PC peeps! I have a tire around my tummy. Not a real big one, but been doing some research and it seems that maybe, just maybe the carbs I am consuming might be the problem. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to eat more low or no carbs to see if it will help with the tire! Stopped drinking soda/pop (ok occasionally I do have one!) and it helped, but the tire has not deflated! What works for you?
