Has anyone ever had a PChef supply order and a sample order get lost? I ordered in August almost 4 weeks ago. I spent one hour on the phone w/ support who sent me to 4 different departments. One tech was looking on a director's site, and she could not understand why the info was not on my screen. She knew I was a new consultant. Finally I got the information I needed, but I had to reorder by snail mail for my supplies. I am almost out of catalogs. How long will it take to get this order, in your opinion?
I've never had an order get lost before! How strange. Did they have a record of it coming in through PP? Is that how you submitted it? Very weird. It really depends on where you live, but it seems that they ship supply orders the fastest. I live pretty close to the home office and if I submit a supply order via PP in the morning and they process and send it that day, I'll often get it the next business day. They're pretty quick. Plus, you can look under "Shipment Status" on consultants corner to check. Sometimes the UPS tracking info may not be updated until a day or so after they send it out, but it'll give you an estimated arrival date. I hope your order gets to you quickly!
No, PP had no order on file which is why I was on the phone for one hour. However, the good news is that the second orderr was posted and should ship this week.
