Letter to Potential Recruit

Anyone have one? I have a potential recruit that I want to send some information to. I would like to include a little letter hitting the high points of becoming a consultant. ANyone have anything like this?

Once we initiate contact and send the recruit information, who else is suppose to speak with the recruit? What are the steps after the initial introduction to PC
