I am wanting to make Spanish Rice in my Rice Cooker Plus, but do not have a recipe for it. I am too scared to experiment so I was wondering if anyone had a recipe they could share. Thank you in advance!!!
Kelli Jordan :)

I did the Rice Pilaf recipe from the product care card in the box. I didn't have all the ingredients and I added some - shrimp & yellow peppers. It turned out great. You could experiment following the recipe for liquid and rice amounts and then add the spices that you need for spanish rice. It would be worth a try if you couldn't find a recipe. Also, do you have access to the Spanish Season's Best - maybe they have something?

Lipton rice sidesI have been useing my lipton rice side dish packets in my rice cooker and i make it according to the microwave directions.... it comes out PERFECT... my favorite is the chedder broccoli but i did the taco rice in it last week and that came out great as well.

I use plain white rice with corn, onions and dice tomatoes, and 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. Then when the rice is almost done I add red enchalda sauce. I personally like Pace it comes in a jar or a small blue can of ortega. My husband loves it.
