Does anyone happen to still have a recipe? I have one for the Small Bar Pan but don't know if it will work in the crock?
Thanks so much and Merry Christmas to you all :chef:

Here's a recipe I found, then the directions for our crock.

    Beer Bread

    2 cups self-rising flour
    1 (12 ounce) can beer
    3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Combine all ingredients well. Spoon into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Drizzle melted butter over top. Serve hot.

    Good Company Beer Bread

    12 oz (1 1/2 c) beer, non-alcoholic beer or sparkling fruit juice
1 pouch (19 ounces) Good Company Beer Bread Mix
1 T. butter or margarine, melted (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray Stoneware Loaf Pan or Stoneware Crock with nonstick cooking spray. Pour beverage into large bowl. Add bread mix; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Do not overmix.)

Spoon batter into pan; drizzle with butter, if desired. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool bread in pan 5 min; remove from pan. Serve warm or cool. Yield: 12 servings

Cooks Tips: For variety, substitute 12 ounces of your favorite flavored sparkling water, carbonated soft drink or fruit juice for the beverage.

To prepare in Stoneware Mini Loaf Pan, grease lightly. Spoon 3/4 cup batter into each well. Bake 40-45 min.
To prepare in 9X5" metal loaf pan, grease lightly. Bake 45-50 min.

Variations: Cheesy Salsa Bread: Substitute 1 c. water for the beverage. Add bread mix, 1/2 c. salsa, 1/2 c. (2 oz) shredded cheddar cheese & 1/2 t. chili powder. Proceed as recipe directs.

Apple Nut Bread: Use sparkling apple cider. Add bread mix, 1/2 cup chopped apple, 1/4 cup chopped pecans and 3/4 t. ground cinnamon. Proceed as recipe directs.
