    That's nice to hear. Of course, the story was all over the news, even the national morning programs, but this solution won't be. I really can't stand that about the media - there's never any follow-through.

    The common sense part is that the legislature is actually conceding that this happens, instead of blindly enforcing the law that existed before the incident.
