My team is down, numbers are down, and sales are down...was at 24 last year, now i'm at 18.
 
My personal sales are WAY down and my team is a little all over the place. I have more people, but some have dropped off the face of the Earth.

We have been working hard to support and motivate each other, and it has definitely paid off in terms of individual performance.In terms of team sales, we are also up compared to last year.
