How to return????

I have a customer that needs to return her kitchen shears because they are sticking. I called and got a reference number but now what do I do? Its first return! Thanks

Didn't they give you the info? When I do my returns online, they tell you where to send them back. If it's in the first 30 days, I think they have Fed Ex pick them up. They might be emailing you the info for the return.
