How Much Oil to How Much Seasoning???

In summary, it is recommended to use 1 tablespoon of oil for every 1 pound of meat or vegetables when cooking with Pampered Chef seasonings. If you are trying to cut back on fat, you can use less oil, but it may affect the flavor and texture of your dish. If you notice that your food is sticking to the pan or becoming dry, you may need to add more oil. You can also use a different type of oil, but it may alter the flavor of your dish. As for seasoning, the general recommendation is 1 teaspoon per pound of meat or vegetables, but you can adjust it according to your personal taste.

Found it on the side of the jar -- thanks ChefAnn

4 Tbsp = 1/4 c., so you are basically doubling the amount of oil as called for on the recipe...so double the spice to 4 tsp instead of 2tsp.Personal preference note: HOWEVER, I personally think the dip is too strong/salty (especially the tomato), so I am going to try to use the called for amount of oil, but start with only half the seasoning. (so 1 tsp spice and 2 Tbsp oil)
