I am not sure how to enter the APO address I have. What do I put for the city? And how do I figure out sales tax?
 
The APO or FPO is the City. The AP or AE or whatever is the state. You'll probably have to enter the sales tax manually. Click the link on P3 to go to the sales tax calculator to help you figure it out.
 
If it is an APO or FPO there is no sales tax.
