I tried finding the answer, but couldn't. Can I cook the Hot Pizza Dip in the microwave in the RCB?
 
I would say yes. I make it all the time in the Mini Baker in the microwave. It's almost the same size as the RCB (the lid fits on both, BTW).
 
I too use my mini baker all the time for it. Should be great!
 
I have made it in the microwave and its great! Honestly, I'm not sure why I ever put it in the oven! (Besides the recipe said to do so. LOL)

How long would you say to cook it in the micro?
 
I do 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. I just check it to see if it's bubbling and the cheese is melted. it will be a bit of guessing game anyways, because there are different wattages for microwaves. You just want to get it hot.
 
Yes surely or else double oven with microwave is the perfect choice for it. You can prepare all kind of dishes in it with ease. I would prefer this over every other appliance.
