byrd1956 said:I use to call all the guests, but it took forever. Only good thing about it was I often got an order for the host that would not have been there without my call. I now use post calls, too and love it. I have never had a guest tell me they did not like getting the call.
melaniepc said:ok, what is a post call LOL... do you mean you call yourself or its just a message and it somehow calls?
melaniepc said:that is pretty neat!!!
Jenni said:I would love to call all guests, or have the host call all guest a day or two before the party. But its just not practical for me or most hosts. My director told me about it and its seems to really work for her and me. I record a friendly message saying who I am, how I look forward to meeting them at Sally's show on Sunday at 3:00pm, and invite them to bring a friend, and if they can't make it and would like to place an order I give my number.. It's kinda like that reminder phone call you get about a dentist or hair appointment. You have every intention of going but plan forgot. The calls help, and many people have said they never would have remembered if it wasn't for the call.

There are several ways to boost event attendance for your Pampered Chef shows. First, make sure to promote your event through various channels such as social media, email marketing, and word of mouth. You can also offer incentives for guests to RSVP, such as a free gift or discount on their purchase. Additionally, consider partnering with other local businesses or organizations to co-host the event and reach a wider audience.
Consistency is key when it comes to having successful Pampered Chef shows. One tip is to always follow up with guests after the event, whether it's to thank them for attending or to offer a special deal on their next purchase. Another effective strategy is to constantly update your product knowledge and presentation skills to keep your shows fresh and engaging.
One way to encourage guests to book their own parties is to offer hostess rewards and incentives. This can include free products, discounts, or exclusive items. You can also highlight the benefits of hosting a party, such as trying new recipes and earning free products, to entice guests to book their own show.
Handling a large crowd at a Pampered Chef event can be challenging, but there are a few tips to make it easier. First, make sure to have enough product samples and supplies on hand to accommodate all guests. You can also divide guests into smaller groups and rotate them through different stations to keep things organized. Finally, consider having an assistant or team member to help with managing the crowd.
To make your Pampered Chef events more interactive and engaging, try incorporating hands-on activities such as recipe demonstrations, cooking challenges, or product testing. You can also encourage guests to share their own cooking tips and experiences, and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere by playing music or offering refreshments. Don't be afraid to get creative and think outside the box!
