I am in my 2nd go around as a consultant, did it years ago when my kids were younger for a couple of years and just started back up again Sept 08. I started the first time to get cookware and I love it still, the second time I had a $1000+ show and thought I should get paid for this! So I signed up again. I had a very fast start before Christmas and then a very slow start last year after Christmas, didn't really setup any shows for the new year and felt it when a few cancelled. I just found this website a couple weeks ago and so far I just love it. It has given me great ideas, I have had so much fun doing the got it love it game recently. It just seems my parties are so much more fun now.
I have to share that since Christmas I have had 2 $1000+ shows, before that my only one was a bridal shower! I'm actually already over $4000 in sales for this month and I have another party tonight which has over $100 in online orders already and 15 planned guests. Plus a small show to close tomorrow for a friend to get stoneware on sale!
$5000 in sales is within my reach and I can't hardly believe that I'll get that 27% paycheck next month! Plus I work a full time job so the fact that my shows are so big right now is wonderful because I'm not overloading my calendar by any means. I don't know how long it will last but it has been a wonderful month and I'm enjoying it!
Thanks to everyone who posts here for the ideas!!!:chef:
