I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here is the description for this recipe. Does anyone know what it is and have the recipe.


It is for Apple Cobbler. A customer of mine is looking for this old recipe. She said it is simple and is made in the DDB. Apples are on the bottom and the only crust is on top and is made from sliced sugar cookie dough.

Ingredients:- 4-5 medium apples, peeled and sliced- 1/2 cup sugar- 1 teaspoon cinnamon- 2 tablespoons butter- 1 (16.5 oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough, thinly slicedInstructions:1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.2. Place apples in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter.3. Arrange the cookie dough slices over the top of the apple mixture. 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
