Im a new consultant and just received my starter kit :D . I've managed to install PP but I can't seem to download the product update. It just sits there and eventually I get a nonresponsive program error message.:confused:
 
go to pc website...If you go onto consultants corner you can find the download center and i believe its in the left hand corner...you don't need the full version just the update. I have to do this 90% of the time.
