I'm just curious, but what does Future Director give you? I know that once you have 2 recruits that you become a 'FD', but I didn't know if there was an commission benefits, or anything? Is it the same as being a consultant? Just wondered! Thanks!
These are the canadian specifics, so the US may be different. Once you are a FD, if you submit $1,500 in personal commissionable sales in a month, you receive a 1% override on your sales and a 1% override on your recruits sales, for that month. You are also eligible to receive home office leads if you have submitted $1,500 in personal commissionable sales in 3 out of the last 4 months, current month not included. HTH!
In the US, every month you sell $1250, you get 1% extra on your commission and 1% on whatever your recruits submit.
