In summary, your food chopper is usually fixable if it stops working. Common reasons for it to stop working include dull or damaged blades, clogged food particles, or a malfunctioning motor. If it cannot be fixed, you can return it for a replacement or refund if it is still under warranty. So I have a customer who just purchased her food chopper a few weeks ago and it isn't rotating anymore.

Is this something fixable or will it need to be returned?

Thank you!!

I'd do an online adjustment. I can't think of a solution to that situation for a fix. Since she just got it and it's less then 30 days, I'd go ahead and get her set up for a new one.

It is difficult to determine the exact cause of the issue without more information or being able to physically inspect the food chopper. However, if the food chopper is still under warranty, it would be best to contact the manufacturer or the store where it was purchased to see if it can be repaired or replaced. If it is not under warranty, you may need to look into local appliance repair services to see if they can fix the issue.
