A bit nervous about doing my first booth/bazaar tomorrow ... and advice??? I'm pretty sure I have all my stuff ready ... I guess it's just fear of the unknown.

With booths you just never know what will happen. You can have great bookings and sales, great bookings no sales, no bookings great sales, it goes on. Just go, have fun, be yourself! Make sure to hand out a recipe card to everyone so your information at least goes home with them. Don't sit, stand and try to make contact with everyone that walks by. Talk to the other vendors around you. The last one I did a candle lady came up to me and said "I've heard you talking all day, I must see a catalog." and placed a $250 order. They are great resources if the attendance at the booth isn't that big. Watch what you buy at other booths! Make money don't spend it!

First of all, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are prepared and have put in the effort to make your booth a success. Here are some tips to help calm your nerves and make the most of your first booth/bazaar experience:1. Arrive early: Give yourself plenty of time to set up your booth and get organized before the event starts. This will help you feel more prepared and in control.2. Have a plan: Before the event, make a plan for how you want to set up your booth and how you will interact with customers. This will help you feel more confident and prepared.3. Engage with customers: Smile, make eye contact, and be welcoming to everyone who stops by your booth. Engage in conversation and answer any questions they may have about your products.4. Display your products creatively: Use props, signage, and creative displays to make your products stand out and catch the attention of potential customers.5. Offer discounts or promotions: People love a good deal, so consider offering a special promotion or discount to encourage people to make a purchase.6. Network with other vendors: Take the opportunity to network with other vendors at the event. You never know who you might meet and what connections you could make.7. Have a positive attitude: Remember to have a positive attitude and enjoy the experience. Your enthusiasm and passion for your products will be contagious and help attract customers to your booth.8. Keep track of sales: Make sure to keep track of your sales and inventory throughout the event. This will help you gauge your success and make any necessary adjustments for future events.9. Be prepared for the unexpected: There may be unexpected challenges or surprises during the event, but try to remain calm and adapt to any changes that may arise.10. Have fun: Most importantly, have fun! Enjoy the experience and be proud of yourself for taking this step in your business journey. Good luck!
