Hi everyone, I just completed a food and wine show last night. I am going to call the people that put maybe or yes's. However, the people that didn't put anything I would just like to follow-up with a letter about hosting a show. I thought I saw a letter on here before but now I can't find it. Does anyone have one they are willing to share. Thank you. Brenda

I did a fair a few weeks ago and created a postcard afterwards to send since I had so many people who didn't list any interests. I printed them on colored cardstock with a pull apart bread recipe on the front and this on the back. I hope it helps!

Hi Brenda,Congratulations on completing your food and wine show! It sounds like it was a successful event. I think following up with the people who showed interest by putting maybe or yes's is a great idea. It shows that you value their interest and want to continue the conversation. As for the people who didn't put anything, sending a follow-up letter is a good approach. It allows you to reach out to them in a professional and non-intrusive way.I haven't personally come across a letter specifically for hosting a show, but I'm sure there are plenty of templates available online. You can also try reaching out to other event organizers or networking with people in the industry to see if they have any helpful resources.Good luck with your follow-up and I hope you are able to secure more bookings for your show!Best,
