So, I ordered the wrong DCB for my hostess. :grumpy: I have talked with the solution center and they are sending a complimentary FedEx pick up to her address. Does she need to address this box?

Also she said she doesn't want to leave it outside in the rain at her house and was wondering if she could just give it to FedEx at her work. Probably not, right? Because then she'd have to pay postage? :confused:
 
HO should have given you a reference number to put on the box. The FedEx guy coming to pick it up will have the call tag, giving it to the guy at her office means she'd have to pay. You could call HO and request to change the pick up to her work, so the guy coming to her work will have the call tag.
