I STILL can't get into the setup, i click the button and it just sits there with the hour glass thing...is anyone else having this issue? am I doing something wrong?:grumpy:
 
I had the same issue a few months ago. I called Tech Support and they told me that it won't work with the Chrome browser, which I use all the time. I tried it with Firefox, and it went right to setup.

I wish they posted that info under e newsletter setup. I've been trying for the last couple days to set up my newsletter thru PC & it just sits there. I tried it again today with the same results & decided I would call tech support tomorrow. However, I was cruising thru the posts & saw this one. Thinking this was the solution to my challenge, I logged onto CC using Internet Explorer. I clicked on newsletter setup & BOOM! I was on my way for setting it up. Just in time for the newsletter to go out tomorrow.

I am emailing tech support with the suggestion of listing compatible browsers.
