Which trainings are you listening to? Are these trainings on Pampered Chef consultant corner, or just individual consultants/director calls?Deb mentioned one place. But alot of times, ebook recipe collections are assembled by consultants and passed around. You're in the right place to get them. You can search in the "Files" too- start with RECIPES or BOOKLET maybe? Play with different searches.The other thing you can do, if you can't find something specific, is post it here in the Recipe thread and ask! One of us may know exactly which book you are talking about and where it is (or upload it).
