I have a dumb question....I am doing a product adjustment and was told "be sure your mailing receipt is saved for return verification"
What exactly does that mean?
 
Make sure that when you (or whoever) mail the package back to HO, keep the receipt from the post office - this is your "proof" that you sent the package back. ;)
 
Just my 2¢ worth - but all the more reason to use UPS, FedEx or DHL for returning items - traceable and someone has to sign for the package.
