Saving your receipt is important because it serves as proof of purchase and allows us to make the necessary changes to your product's price or quantity. Without a receipt, we may not be able to process the adjustment.
The time frame for saving your receipt may vary depending on the specific policy of your Pampered Chef consultant or the company. However, it is generally recommended to save your receipt for at least 30 days after the purchase date.
While having a receipt makes the process easier, your Pampered Chef consultant may still be able to process a product adjustment if you can provide other proof of purchase, such as a credit card statement or order confirmation email.
If you wish to make additional changes to your order, you will need to contact your Pampered Chef consultant directly. They will be able to assist you in making any necessary adjustments or cancellations.
