I have a question - I am noticing many of the recipes in the booklet are using the Deep Dish Baker -- is this a typo or are they meant for the DDB rather than the DCB and if so, can they bakers be used interchangeably without changing the recipe?

I hadnt even noticed that. I copied 90% of the recipes from differant posting here and differant websites. I personally interchange the deep covered baker for the deep dish baker all of the time, you just have to adjust the times.
