If a customer placed an individual order and wants to return it, they just get refunded the product price, right? They still have to pay the original shipping amount right?
 
I'm not sure about PC, but that is how most online ordering/returning goes. I would think you are correct.
 
If it is in the first 30 days after purchase, I think HO issues either a pickup ticket or a return address/free postage label.

It is within the 30 days, but I was just wondering if they get refunded on their credit card the full amount, or just the product total.
 
I think it is product total and tax
 
They will not get a refund on shipping because the are "keeping" that "item". It has already been used. Just a return on the product and tax on the product.
