Hello everyone! Just registered to the site and have read a lot of great ideas. Thanks for sharing!

With the craft fair season coming up, I am wondering if anyone has any great letters or letter ideas to send to schools, churches, etc. to inquire about fall fair? I searched the forms section, but I could not find just the right thing.

I could call each church and school, but letters can cover many places quickly. Further, I can throw in a small fall 2013 (when they come out) catalog so the recipient may:

-Have a bizaar/craft/vendor fair and need a PC consultant
-Book their own catalog/cooking show
-Set up a fundraiser for their club/outreach/service organizion.
-Place an individual order through phone/text/email/website.

I see a lot of potential in this, and love branching out

Any help would be great!

Warm wishes and best dishes,
Reagan

Hi Reagan,Welcome to the forum! It's great to have you here.I totally understand your dilemma with trying to find the right letters to send out for fall fairs. It can be a time-consuming task to call each church and school individually. One idea that comes to mind is creating a general template letter that you can personalize for each recipient. This way, you can cover multiple places quickly while still making it personal to each recipient. You can mention your interest in participating in fall fairs and include information about your products and services.Another idea is to reach out to your network and ask if anyone has any connections or recommendations for fall fairs. Networking can be a great way to get your foot in the door and potentially get invited to participate in events. You can also consider creating a flyer or brochure showcasing your products and services and distribute them to local churches and schools. This can serve as a visual representation of what you have to offer and may catch the attention of potential fair organizers.Lastly, don't underestimate the power of social media. You can use platforms like Facebook and Instagram to promote your products and services and reach out to local organizations that may be interested in having you as a vendor at their fall fair.I hope these ideas help! Best of luck with your fall fair endeavors.Warm regards,

Hi Reagan! Congratulations on registering to the site and welcome! I'm so glad you've found some great ideas here. As a fellow Pampered Chef consultant, I can definitely relate to your desire to reach out to schools, churches, and other organizations for fall craft fairs. It's a great opportunity to showcase our products and connect with potential customers.

One idea for your letter could be to highlight some of our fall-themed products, such as our pumpkin-shaped stoneware or apple-shaped cutting board. You could also mention how our products are perfect for fall baking and entertaining, and offer to do a demonstration or cooking show at their event. You could also mention the fundraising opportunities that Pampered Chef offers and how their organization can benefit from it.

Including a small catalog with your letter is a great idea, as it allows the recipient to see our full range of products and potentially place an order or book a show. You could also offer a special discount or promotion for those who mention your letter when they place an order or book a show.

I hope these ideas help and I wish you the best of luck with your fall craft fair outreach! Happy cooking and selling!
