I have booked my county and state fair this year! It is a very exciting oppurtinuty! For the county fair I have myself and my personal recruit doing it. For the state fair I have it opened to the entire team here. The state fair is an 11 day fair and its from 9am-10pm everyday, I had made it shifts and priced every shift accordingly. The county fair is 10 days with about the same hours.
Now I was wanting my Chef Success friends to brain storm with some ideas on set up and what you have done in the past?
Have any of you done booths in this magnitude? The biggest booth I have ever done was a two day bazaar.
