I dont know if this has been started or not, but how about posting your favorite Christmas (or seasonal) cookie recipe. Those of us that would like to try new cookies will have some new recipes to try.

I'm at work so of course I do not have mine with me but I will post one that I make w/ Andes candies when I get home. They were big hit.

Sounds like a great idea! I will post a recipe soon. Also, you can go to www.foodnetwork.com and sign up for their 12 days of cookies Newsletter. They send out a different cookie recipe each day beginning Dec 1 for the next twelve days. I love getting that!!!

These are really yummy.

½ cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed of electric mixer until thoroughly mixed, about 1 minute. Reserve 2/3 cup of mixture for top. Press rest in greased 13” x 9” cake pan. Bake at 325 F for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Beat 3 eggs , reserved cake mix mixture, corn syrup, sugar and vanilla on low speed to mix, about 1 minute, or until smoothly blended. Stir in pecans. Pour evenly over base. Bake 40-45 minutes longer or until set.
