Does anyone have any other recipes for the Contemporary Classics besides the pdf booklet? I'm specifically looking for more for the Shallow Baker to help a customer. Thanks.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 2. Apple Streusel Coffee Cake: Prepare the Contemporary Classics Shallow Baker according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of diced apples, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Mix together and spread over the batter in the Shallow Baker. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts and 2 tablespoons of rolled oats.
