I'm curious to find out what other directors did for their top achievers for selling year 2016. I was top in sales and shows done for my Advanced director's team. She presented awards at the February Spring launch meeting and I got a computer printed certificate. She also charged anyone who attended that meeting $10 for a piece of pizza, a bowl of salad and a bottle of water. SMH as I'm sure I made enough money for her to at least treat the team of 20 to a pizza party. She also gets a monthly $$ for each active team member. Your thoughts please...

Wow, that sounds pretty disappointing. As a top performer, you definitely deserved more recognition and appreciation for your hard work. It's understandable to feel frustrated and undervalued when your director only gives you a computer printed certificate and charges you for a simple meal.

In my experience, good directors usually go above and beyond to show their appreciation for their top achievers. They might give out special gifts, take the team out for a nice dinner, or even offer bonuses or extra incentives. It's important for a director to make their top performers feel valued and motivated to continue their success.

I think it's definitely worth bringing up your concerns to your director. Perhaps they weren't aware of your expectations and would be open to making it up to you and the team. If not, it might be worth considering finding a new director who truly values and rewards their team's achievements. After all, your hard work and success should be celebrated, not overlooked.
