I have heard about people going to business' that do Zumba and other exercise classes to see if they can set up there or, at least, have catalogs left there for the customers.

I am just wondering how people go about asking them? Has anyone done this and what do you say??? Do you go in person? If so, do you ask for a manager?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Re: ZumbaI would definately ask for a manager if I was wanting to do a set up type event. If I were just leaving catalogs I would probably ask whoever was at the desk/door.

Re: ZumbaJust not sure what to say at all!!

Re: ZumbaI guess it might depend on the location. I do Zumba at a gym (chain) and the instructors are contractors there...I know my main teacher also teaches at local rec centers and at her own studio. But if someone were to want to set up at the gym, they'd have to talk to the mgmt versus the teacher

Hi there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I have definitely had success setting up at local businesses, including gyms and exercise studios. I usually start by doing some research on the business and their clientele to see if they would be a good fit for Pampered Chef products. Then, I reach out to the manager or owner either in person or through a phone call or email. I introduce myself and my business, and explain how our products could benefit their customers. I also offer to provide catalogs and samples for their customers to try. It's important to be friendly and professional in your approach, and to be open to any questions or concerns they may have. Good luck!
