I thought once we recruited someone we made a small commission off of their sales?? Does this only happen once they qualify? Or, only once we've been promoted to Future Director or Director?

Once you promote to Future Director, you start with a 1% override for your recruits IF you have $1250 in sales yourself for the month. You also get a 1% override on YOUR OWN sales.

    It's actually $1,500 here in Canada. :)

    In the US:

Once you personally recruit 2 (even before they qualify but two or more must be active) you receive 1% override on your sales and those of your personal recruits in any month that you personally sell $1250.

As a director (5 personally recruited and qualified recruits) you get 3% override on your sales and on those of EVERYONE in your downline (even those you didn't personally recruit) any month that you personally sell $350 and your total team (including you) sells $4000.

Higher level directors get higher percents but that's the highest jump.

    I'd call it a "bonus".

Is the override of the total sales or of the commission?

The override % is figured just like our commission. So, if your commission is 23% of $1500, and your override is 3%. Then it would be 3% of $1500.
