What Household Items Are Available?

In summary, Carolyn posted a set of cups and plates that are brand new and still in the box for sale. She is also selling a BBQ set that is in a zip up case with mitt. There are no pictures of the items, but they are all available at this point. There is currently no interest in the items, but Carolyn is open to selling them to anyone.

You are right, you are not allowed to list current items in the catalog for sale.

Jenny - you need to remove the current catalog items from this thread, you are not allowed to sell current items in the Marketplace. You can ask for people to email you for a list of current items, but that's it.

1. How often should I clean out my closet?

It is recommended to clean out your closet at least twice a year, ideally at the start of each new season. This will help keep your closet organized and prevent clutter from building up.

2. What should I do with clothes I no longer want?

Consider donating them to a local charity or thrift store, or hosting a clothing swap with friends and family. You can also sell gently used items online or at consignment stores.

3. How can I maximize space in my closet?

Invest in storage solutions such as hanging shelves, shoe racks, and storage bins. Utilize vertical space by using cascading hangers or stacking storage bins. Consider storing out-of-season clothes in a separate location to free up space.

4. How do I decide what to keep and what to get rid of?

A good rule of thumb is to get rid of anything you haven't worn in over a year, no longer fits or is damaged beyond repair. You can also use the Marie Kondo method of keeping items that spark joy and getting rid of the rest.

5. Should I organize my closet by color or category?

This is a personal preference, but organizing by category (i.e. shirts, pants, dresses) tends to be more practical and efficient. However, if color coordination brings you joy, go for it!
