Chocolate Praline Upside Down Cake

In summary, to make a chocolate praline upside down cake in the family frying pan, you first need to make the praline mix in the pan, then add the cake mix and bake it in the oven. After it's done, you can flip it onto a serving platter or stone and serve it warm with whipped cream. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific recipe as it is proprietary, but you can find recipes online or in cookbooks that can be adapted for Pampered Chef products. To serve the cake, remove it from the pan and add desired toppings before slicing and serving. The family frying pan is recommended, but other Pampered Chef products such as the large round stone or deep dish baker can also be used.

Hi Everybody! I don't know how to do this message board, so it's possible that only Admin Greg is receiving this. My name is Jo Ann Marino (formerly bananajo on aol years ago). I was a consultant for several years starting in 1997. I had a recipe that I shared many times for a chocolate praline upside down cake made in the family frying pan, the one that you could bake in. You made the praline mix in the pan, poured in the cake mix and put it right in the oven to bake. When it was ready, you tipped it upside onto the big round stone and served warm with whipped cream. I can't find the recipe anywhere, and need it for a family dinner tonight. Can anybody help? If so, please send it to me in an e-mail to [email protected]. Thanks so much!! Anybody know if Cheryl Costeira from Wareham, MA is still doing PC?

I found this recipe from Facebook from Brooke Myrvold - Pampered Chef Independent Consultant. Not sure if the same one that you are after:Chocolate Praline Upside Down Cake

Chocolate cake mix and the ingredients to makeIn the Executive 12" Family Skillet melt butter add brown sugar and whipping cream melt the crystals mixing well. Sprinkle pecans over top. Mix up cake mix and gently pour over pecans careful to seal the edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until cake is done. Immediately turn out onto our beautiful round platter. Sounds delicious though!
