Chicken Ranch Pasta
1 box penne pasta
3 cups of chicken stock
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more if you want it stringy and good)
1/3 cup cooked, chopped bacon
2 cups cooked chopped chicken (I used boneless skinless chicken thighs cooked in Pampered Chef Round Covered Baker then chopped with Salad Choppers)
1. In a Deep Covered Baker microwave pasta in chicken stock for 10 mins stir then 6 mins. Stock should absorb.
2. In medium saucepan on stove, melt butter. Add flour and stir. Cook flour for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk. Continue cooking until sauce thickens. Stir in ranch dressing mix and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
3. Add chicken, bacon and Sauce to pasta in Deep Covered Baker. Stir to coat. Heat another 2 minutes to warm! Garnish with more bacon if desired!
