Chicken Cesear Saland Pizza

A friend of mine is having a P.C. pizza party and wants me to demo a chicken cesear (sp?) salad pizza. She says it is a old P.C. recipe. Anyone ever heard of this one? I can't find the recipe. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
