Does anyone know what category that would fall under? I am specifically using Turbo Tax. I am thinking Miscellaneous Expenses.

Are you asking in reference to your business or personally? I was listening to a recording of a workshow, and the speaker mentioned how she had been recently audited. She said that she learned that we do not do charitable donations, we advertise. As in, you donate a basket of product to to a raffle and put your business card in it, you're advertising your business.

If it's personal, TurboTax addresses those separately.

I use tax cut and it had its own separate line for charity.

And looking at the final itemized page from HR Block it was separate from Misc Deductions.
