Can We Change a Recently Submitted Outlet Order?

I had a customer order from the outlet on my website? After it was submitted, about an hour later, she wanted to add to it. It seems like I heard somewhere that we can go somewhere, ie...consultants corner to make a change or add to the order. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Not to my knowledge, but the customer can sign back in & hit "cancel" if it's not yet been processed by H/O - without being charged! ;)
 
She can log back in, cancel it (which she may still have a chance at this time on the weekend) and then enter a new order.
