Bookings Question

Has anyone ever had someone book a show but not place an order?? How do you give the host credit for the booking if no order is actually placed??? Help!!!

Add the guest, as you would a normal order and complete the booking information, just as if he/she were placing an order (click on additional information and enter the booking under the bookings tab). The total for the order will be zero, but the booking information will be saved and credited to the host.

Another thought...

Just make sure after you enter the info, that it shows up on the Host Summary. That way you are certain that it has been credited!
