Do all of you do a "booking commercial" at some point during your demo? What do you say? Do you have any visuals that you use (booking binder, pics of products earned by past hosts, etc.)??

I am in the process of fine tuning mine and need some input!

Thanks!

Hi there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I do incorporate a "booking commercial" into my demos. I believe it's a great way to plant the seed for future parties and keep the momentum going. During my booking commercial, I like to highlight the benefits of hosting a party, such as earning free and discounted products, trying out new recipes, and having a fun night with friends. I also like to mention any current host specials or incentives that are available. Sometimes I will have a visual aid, such as a booking binder with information about hosting or pictures of products earned by past hosts. I find that this can be helpful in sparking interest and getting people excited about hosting their own party. I hope this helps and good luck with fine tuning your booking commercial!

1. How can I get more bookings for my Pampered Chef demos?

In order to increase your bookings, it is important to focus on building relationships with potential hosts. Reach out to friends, family, and acquaintances and offer to host a demo for them. You can also attend local events and network with people who may be interested in hosting a demo. Additionally, make sure to mention the host rewards and benefits they can receive by hosting a demo.

2. What are some creative ways to encourage guests to book a demo at my party?

One idea is to offer a special incentive for those who book a demo at the party, such as a discount on their order or a free product. You can also have a raffle for those who book a demo, where the winner receives a Pampered Chef product. Another idea is to have a demo-exclusive product that is only available for those who book a demo at the party.

3. How can I make my demo more engaging and interactive to encourage bookings?

One way to make your demo more engaging is to involve the guests in the cooking process. Have them help you prepare a dish or give them tasks to do, such as measuring ingredients or setting the table. You can also incorporate games or challenges related to the products you are showcasing. Additionally, make sure to interact with the guests and ask for their input and feedback throughout the demo.

4. How often should I follow up with potential hosts after the party?

It is important to follow up with potential hosts within a week after the party. This allows enough time for them to think about hosting a demo, but not too long that they forget about it. If they are still hesitant, you can follow up again in a few weeks. It is also a good idea to follow up with a reminder a few days before the demo.

5. What are some ways to incentivize guests to attend a demo?

One effective way to incentivize guests is to offer a free gift or discount for attending the demo. You can also create a theme for the party, such as a holiday or seasonal theme, and incorporate fun activities or games for the guests. Another idea is to have a special guest or expert come in to demonstrate a unique recipe or cooking technique. This can pique the interest of potential guests and encourage them to attend.
