What if you have a guest at a show who, instead of placing an order, decides to host her own show instead. Does the host still get the booking benefit? What if it is at a fundraiser--would the organization get the extra $3.

So I guess what I'm asking is the benefit tied to an order or tied to a person?

They don't have to place an order.

Add her name to the show

You still have to add her as a guest. Add her booking under the "Special shipping, bookings, and more" tab, and then save it. It will show up as $0 (and doesn't count towards the 15 guests needed for the host to get the Celebrate plate), but the booking will appear on the host's order. That way HO knows she booked a show and the past host will get credit.
