Bon Fire Party Recipes Needed!!!!

Grilled Fruit Kabobs: Skewer your favorite fruits (such as pineapple, strawberries, and peaches) and grill over medium heat until caramelized. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious dessert. In summary, for the host wanting to do a bonfire party with some of the same people who attended a previous party with pizza, you could try something different like cooking kebabs on a charcoal grill. Kebabs are a fun and versatile option, with many variations to choose from such as grilled sausage and vegetable skewers, grilled shrimp and pineapple skewers, flatbread pizzas, chicken fajitas, corn on the cob, veggie quesadillas, stuffed peppers, salmon with lemon and dill, port

I have a host wanting to do a bon fire party. We did pizza at the party she booked from, so i'd like to do something different since some of the same people will be at this one.Need help coming up with something to cook!!!!! Either pre cook or cook on a charcole grill while there!!HELP!!!!!!

Kebabs would be fun. You wouldn't need much since it seems that with kebabs you get a lot of mileage out of meat, vegetables, and fruit and people could even assemble their own.I haven't tried this yet but looks good: Picnic Sausage & Potato Kebabs.

1. Grilled Sausage and Vegetable Skewers: Cut up your favorite sausage (such as Italian, bratwurst, or kielbasa) and skewer it with your favorite vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms). Grill over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are charred.2. Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers: Marinate shrimp in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Cut pineapple into chunks and skewer with the shrimp. Grill over medium heat until the shrimp is pink and the pineapple is caramelized.3. Grilled Flatbread Pizzas: Pre-make pizza dough or buy pre-made dough from the store. Roll out the dough and grill over medium heat until crispy. Add your favorite toppings (such as tomato sauce, cheese, and vegetables) and grill until the cheese is melted.4. Grilled Chicken Fajitas: Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and garlic. Grill over medium heat until cooked through. Slice the chicken and serve with tortillas, grilled peppers and onions, and your favorite toppings.5. Grilled Corn on the Cob: Soak corn on the cob in water for about 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the corn is cooked and charred. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper.6. Grilled Veggie Quesadillas: Grill sliced vegetables (such as zucchini, squash, and bell peppers) until charred and tender. Place the grilled vegetables in between tortillas with cheese and grill until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.7. Grilled Stuffed Peppers: Cut the tops off of bell peppers and remove the seeds. Stuff the peppers with a mixture of cooked rice, ground beef, and your favorite seasonings. Grill over medium heat until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.8. Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill: Place salmon fillets on a piece of foil and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and dill. Grill over medium heat until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.9. Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers: Marinate portobello mushroom caps in a mixture of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic. Grill over medium heat until tender. Serve on buns with your favorite burger toppings.10
